T. Coulter, President/CEO

Tom
holds a Department of Energy (DOE) “Q” clearance
and a DoD Top Secret clearance in support of
the Department of Homeland Security work. He
has amassed a large body of expertise and hands-on
experience, both from his years of national
service in the military and in his subsequent
work in the security industry. He has over
30 years’ experience as a Senior Security
Specialist, Senior Analyst and Program Manager
in all aspects of security systems, systems
engineering, anti-terrorism and counterterrorism
training, the development of strategic security
policies and procedures as well as program
management. He is also a domain expert in the
areas of Joint and Special Operations Analysis
and Office of Security (SOF) Systems’ acquisition.
Tom
is highly respected within his industry and
is considered a domain expert for Terrorism,
Security and Risk Management.

B. Coulter, Senior Executive Vice
President

Deborah
holds a Department of Energy (DOE) Top Secret
clearance and has over 35 years of experience
working with some of the nation’s outstanding
engineering and security contracting firms
in support of various government agencies.
She has extensive knowledge in the areas of
Facility Security, Human Resources, Accounting,
Document Preparation and Production and IT
Security. By providing top-level administrative
management, supervision and training, as well
as excelling in employee and customer relations,
services and support, she has acquired the
reputation of “getting
the job done!.”
